I am a passionate and dedicated dietitian committed to improving lives through the power of nutrition. With a strong background in clinical nutrition and a deep understanding of the intricate relationship between food and health, I strive to empower my clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to long-term well-being. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, personalized meal planning, and compassionate guidance, ensuring that each individual receives the support and tools they need to achieve their unique health goals.


As a San Diego local, I  have Master's degrees in both Nutritional Sciences and Exercise Physiology from San Diego State University. Aside from working one on one with clients, I also work in sports nutrition research with the Naval Health Research Center in Point Loma. When I am not working, you can find me at the beach with my two dogs, on a hike in the mountains, on the ski slopes, or testing out new recipes in the kitchen!
